Refund Policy

What We Refund

We offer a full refund (₹199) if:

Your downloaded PDF has a technical rendering error (e.g., text is missing, layout is broken, photo does not appear correctly)
The PDF was corrupted and cannot be opened
You were charged but the download never triggered due to a technical failure
You contact us within 7 days of your purchase date

What We Don’t Refund

Change of mind after a successful download — the PDF has already been delivered
Issues caused by incorrect information you entered (e.g., wrong name, wrong date)
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Template preference — if you purchased with one template but prefer another, please contact us and we can explore options

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 days

Send an email to help@myweddingbio.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"

Include your details

Your order ID (from your payment confirmation email), the email used for payment, a brief description of the issue.

Optional: Attach a screenshot

A screenshot of the PDF issue helps us resolve it faster — or issue a refund immediately.

We respond within 2 business days

We will either fix the issue and resend your PDF, or initiate a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund is credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card). Processing times may vary by bank.

Razorpay Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay, India’s trusted payment gateway. In the event of a Razorpay processing error where you were charged but did not receive your PDF, we will resolve this within 1 business day and issue either a fresh download link or a full refund.
