1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyWeddingBio at www.myweddingbio.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

MyWeddingBio provides an online matrimonial biodata creation tool. The Service allows users to:

• Browse and select from a library of premium biodata templates
• Fill in personal, family, education, and career details
• Preview a live A4 biodata document
• Purchase and download a print-ready PDF (one-time payment of ₹199)

3. User Accounts and Data

The Service currently operates without mandatory account creation. Your biodata draft is stored in your browser’s local storage for your convenience. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. We are not liable for errors in your biodata resulting from incorrect information you provided.

4. Payment Terms

• The Service is available for a one-time fee of ₹199 (Indian Rupees) per biodata download.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment card information.
• Payment is required before downloading the PDF. The on-screen preview is watermarked until payment is completed.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Pricing is subject to change. Price changes will not affect already-completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• We offer a 7-day refund if the delivered PDF has a technical rendering defect that we cannot resolve.
• Refunds are not available for “change of mind” after a successful PDF download.
• To request a refund, email help@myweddingbio.com with your order ID within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Service, including all templates, designs, code, graphics, and content created by MyWeddingBio, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our templates for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Content

You own the content you enter into the biodata builder (your personal and family details). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to generate your PDF. You represent that you have the right to use any photos or content you upload.

Downloaded PDF

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your downloaded biodata PDF for matrimonial purposes. You may share it with family members and through matrimonial channels.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create biodatas for other people for commercial resale without our written consent
• Upload photos or content you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our templates or technology
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person in a biodata

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for matrimonial outcomes. The biodata is a document — we make no warranties about its effectiveness in matrimonial matching.
• We are not liable for any errors in content you choose to enter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyWeddingBio’s total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (₹199). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For minor disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly at help@myweddingbio.com first.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
